Yoga Class

Yoga classes are run by Heidi Gowthorpe a qualified Yoga teacher. These will take place at the SRA.
Classes are suitable for all levels and beginners are very much welcome.
Classes no longer need to be prebooked with Heidi.
Classes are £7.00 each. Please bring your own mat.
